Prowly is amazing because it has everything you need from CRM, Pitch, Media, Stories all in one place. It makes any ones job so much easier. This all in one product allows you to keep things in one spot. It helps keep us organized. We would still be implementing this product if my company was still in business. The price for Prowly starts at $99 a month, now there is a free version, but it is not as valuable as if you paid monthly for it. They do offer a free trial period however! That would be the only thing I would say is not good about it. That the base price is already $100 and can go up. The price seems expensive for a monthly fee, but trust me when I say it is worth it! Our media, influencer, clients and subcontractors' database is in Prowly. We use it not only for distributing press releases to media, but also to send newsletters to our clients and partners. With our Brand Journal, UP shows that the future of media relations is the virtual press rooms. One of our favourite aspects of using the Brand Journal is how versatile the tool is. The content is presented to the viewer in a very aesthetic and reader-friendly manner while integrations with other rich-content platforms seem effortless. On top of that, the platform provides nifty tools for us to gain deep insights about the content consumption and have the opportunity to continue engaging with our audience on social media via remarking. The thing that I like the most is that the whole process of creation of the press office is so simple and fast. Thanks to Prowly, I have significantly increased the efficiency of my media relations activities. Follow-up, which is so hated by PR specialists and journalists, has become more effective.
