I use Provision for clarification on requirements and obligations for various projects my company handles. I love how Provision simplifies my inquiries by allowing me to frame them into a single question, and then it performs all the document searching. It's really efficient and a great use of my time. What I like most is Provision's ability to accurately understand my questions and search the required documents, providing the exact answers I need 9 times out of 10. I have experienced a few things with Provision that are a challenge: 1) some responses that are not accurate. For example, I've received a response, kinda know the answer ahead of time, and when I see the response I say to myself, no that's not right. When I dig into the documents, I discover the Provision response was wrong. This has not happened too often. 2) I sometimes find the Provision response time is slow. This may be because of the number of users, and I'm getting used to it. 3) It's confusing to see more than one folder for any specific project. I like the customizable AI software features that allow me to search contracts and legal documents in an easy to use and verifiable way. Being able to search for clauses and line items that have been missed previously has saved me hassle and it's backup support function where it provides the backup from the contract makes it easy to cut and paste in change management or support documents. Being able to upload multiple documents that searches across all of them for anything I am looking for. It is also great for copying and pasting text from locked files which saves tons of time from having to manually retype things. I am a big advocate of Provision and use it every single day because it is highly effective and super user-friendly. Provision helps me find information quickly and always sources the right material within the contract, which saves me both time and money. I also find it very easy to train others on using Provision, typically taking only fifteen minutes, which then saves them time and money too. I particularly enjoy the chat feature, which provides quick responses and allows me to review contract language directly. This feature keeps the information sealed within our company, which I appreciate. I love that you can be as vague or specific as you want in the chat, and the chat history allows me to quickly find past information.
