Sharing contract drafts with the team and getting them executed is also very seamless and easy. The best feature is the native editor that lets our team communicate very easily, which was our topmost challenge before we started using Provakil. There was a lot of back and forth involved for getting a simple task done. Now we have everything we need at one place. Upon implementation of Provakil's ELM software, we were able to reduce a lot of manual work, like fetching updates from all court websites, updating them on spreadsheets, assigning tasks to team members, as well as keeping a track of them individually. It helps us organize all contract agreements in one place, and send them for reviews or approvals through a seamless workflow, thereby saving us a lot of time and significantly increasing our efficiency. Its powerful integrations with esigning and estamping vendors help us save more time by making the execution process easier. It also helps us collaborate better on a contract and has become our go-to tool. We have also started using Provakil's ELM software, which makes so much of a difference for our productivity.
