It is responsive, so we can use it in any device like, on tablet,computer,laptop and phone etc. It enhance the employee engagement **What do you dislike about ProTrack Labor Management?** Needs to change print format of table data. **What problems is ProTrack Labor Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps to check performance of individual users, which enhance the productivity of employees. ### 2. These are our most utilized tools within ProTrack and display performance information in a digestable fashion. ProTrack support is always responsive and helpful where they can, as well as Jen who I have been working with from customer success. The integration team is always willing to work through issues with our team and is patient and forthcoming. **What do you dislike about ProTrack Labor Management?** The Ad-Hoc reprts are not very user friendly to create, view, or print. They should work more like the pivot tables in the dashboard. Print format is bad and should be configurable. Lines data does not reflect what our warehouse system considers as a line. A "line" n the industry is a part of an order for a specific SKU but TZA reflects lines as data lines coming from WMS. This data is not a relevant KPI and causes only confusion. There are kiosk activity groups, but no way to configure which buttons are shown on the kiosk interface. This shold be arrangable like the dashboard or the workbench. **What problems is ProTrack Labor Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Evaluating time spent in standard activties versus indirect. Investigating low performance or long activties and why - coaching opportunities. Holding supervisors accountable for checking in on emplyee performance and doing observations. Helps streamline operations and increase supervisor utilization ### 3.
