The interface is not complex and easy to understand, the control panel is well-structured and easy to understand. The price is very competitive with other digital messaging services, the SMS personalization is quite fun with the ability to add emojis to the messages. The mobile application is very good, providing the ability to manage all campaigns from the comfort of your phone. **What do you dislike about ProTexting?** It is not possible to send bulk SMS to any customer first you need to have their consent to be able to send marketing campaigns to their phones, so you cannot receive a database and use it in ProTexting. Another negative point could be the little information we found about the software on the web, I actually found out about the service from a colleague who was starting to use it in another company. I would like the support team to be more responsive, to respond to requests more quickly. **What problems is ProTexting solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use the service as a marketing tool for SMS channels, as it allows us to manage campaigns for customers who ask us to increase their sales, we also usually manage event campaigns, if a company decides to create a specific event we take care of all the marketing, and with ProTexting and contact lists we take care of a complete corporate management, customers receive information by SMS and the company starts to get more revenue thanks to our management. The interface is very easy to use and can be managed from any mobile device. The configuration is very simple, the platform is workable and very easy to manipulate, the options for automating text messages seem to me very useful for attracting potential customers for the company. The survey mode is highly valued and attractive because it allows us to know the opinion of customers from a different point of view. The customer service is very competent and always provides good advice for less prepared users. **What do you dislike about ProTexting?** One of the problems that I detect in ProTexting's features may be the reports and analysis tools, I think they are not very accurate, it would be useful to get more predictive analysis on the text messages sent and the interaction with customers. Excellent automation options and marketing flow services, in fact, forms can also be set up to collect leads and can also be added to HubSpot flow. The text message configuration is also very simple, the control panel is very well done, at startup it displays very well the amount of contacts added, campaigns made, sent and received. The software is very attractive, especially because we can measure the interaction of the contacts with the marketing campaigns we make, the program is very complete. **What do you dislike about ProTexting?** The first negative point I consider is that the program lacks customization, the options are limited and offers very few. I would like to be able to integrate it with more marketing programs, sometimes the messages do not reach their recipients the program does not usually wear this anomaly would be a very good option to throw some bounce message. The interface allows you to keep a clear statistics of the messages you manage, active users and campaigns created, with graphics and well done to keep track of all the work. Another plus point of the software is the configuration of forms integrating with HubSpot account, including automation of the process to improve lead flow. Definitely with the use of ProTexting simplifies customer service, as there is always an automatic response with the automation of messages, we can always send offers, payment reminders, and support responses, we also have an attractive flow of interaction with the customer as we can study and analyze the behavior and response.
