Protée OS is the operating system for event planning and production. It's built by a producer, not a software company. 23 years on site, and the architecture came from the job rather than from a product roadmap. Protée OS isn't a CRM and doesn't replace one. It picks up where the CRM stops — at the point the event is won and has to be built. From a handful of inputs it generates the full event build: zones, elements, vendors, crew, timings and documentation, held as one live record rather than a folder of files that quietly disagree with each other. One source of truth. The runsheet, the brief, the vendor quote and the client document all read from the same event record. Change the event and they all change. Nobody is retyping a load-in time into three places at midnight. Everyone in their own portal, free. Vendors, venues, crew and guests each get their own access — free and uncapped on every plan, including the trial. You're not asking a florist to buy a seat to receive a brief. Briefs and quotes that can be compared. Send a structured brief, get a structured quote back, see where a quote doesn't answer the brief. Runsheets built, not typed. Multi-day events, venue timezone handled correctly, fixed milestone structure that holds up when the schedule moves. Not AI. A logic engine. AI extracts, it doesn't decide.
