**What do you like best about Vatix?**

I have implemented various different H&S Platforms throughout my career and Vatix has proved the best so far due to the fact it is highly configurable by the custodian of the system enabling continuous improvement without the need for extra project costs. 
The implementation and configuration of the system was easy to accomplish with excellent support from the Vatix team.  
Whenever there are minor issues with the system the support team is on hand and respond very quickly. 
The system is very easy for employees to use and it takes seconds to report an event and with the use of the phone app, employees can report events on location and upload photos as evidence.

**What do you dislike about Vatix?**

Whenever I have found potential weaknesses in the system the account manager and team are on hand to listen to the issues and suggest possible solutions or work rounds.

**What problems is Vatix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of my main requirements of a H&S Platform is to ensure the correct data is available and easy to download onto report templates. Vatix analytics provide in depth data throughout the whole system and it is easy to create additional data sets as the H&S Management System evolves and continuously improves.

I love how Vatix consolidates our entire safety, risk, and compliance program into one connected platform. Instead of juggling separate systems for incident reports, audits, and documents, we now have a single source of truth. The customizable workflows are powerful—they allow us to adapt the platform to our processes, not the other way around. The AI-assisted risk assessments are a game-changer for consistency and speed, and the ability to complete digital audits and inspections on a mobile device with real-time reporting has eliminated all our paper trails. Knowing our lone workers are protected by a dedicated, BS8484-monitored system provides immense peace of mind for the entire organization.

**What do you dislike about Vatix?**

While the platform is incredibly flexible, that flexibility can sometimes lead to a slightly steeper learning curve for new administrators setting up complex workflows. The initial configuration requires thoughtful planning to get the most out of the system. Additionally, we'd love to see even more pre-built template libraries for audits and risk assessments to accelerate deployment for common industries.

Vatix solves the critical problem of data silos and reactive safety management. Before, incidents, audits, and risks were disconnected, making it hard to spot trends. Now, everything is connected. An incident report can automatically trigger a risk assessment and an audit schedule. This proactive approach has helped us prevent recurring issues. It gives my family and my boss peace of mind as help is already on the way if something happens to me. I also love the 'set it and forget it' check-ins and the physical SOS button, which provide genuine peace of mind. The high-accuracy GPS tracking and 'Man Down' fall detection are standout features that work seamlessly. I've been using Vatix for approximately two and a half years daily now and it has been a very useful and easy system to utilize and navigate. We get an instant phone call from Vatix when a practitioner goes over their time without logging out, meaning we can quickly check if they are safe.  If we have the web page open, this is very easy to use.

Managers are not always office-based, so don't always have access to the web page and are reliant on the phone app.  The system for checking is more difficult, as we are unable to check who has set off the alert.

Vatix is a system that I use daily in my role within a charity employing around 1000 staff that supports children and adults with a variety of disabilities.  From the outset the team at Vatix really understood our requirements taking time to undertand the processes that were previously in place and how these could be integrated into an online system.  The amount of admin time spent as a result of implementation of Vatix has reduced drastically and day to day management of incidents has improved with the ability to upload documentation, photos and locations with ease.  The wider organisation have adapted to implementation of the new system with ease and Vatix also provide a number of training tools to support with this.  The 'chat' function is also a really helpful function.  The analytics area of the system is really powerful  with numerous means of filtering to produce statistics and graphs instantly.  Customer service is very responsive and the support from Matty,our Customer Success Team Lead, has been outstanding.

As users can only be a member of one team it can be challenging sharing incidents with staff who are accountable for more than one team.

The Vatix protector app is incredibly easy to use and the administrative portal is simple to navigate to add users.

The support afforded to navigate a quality roll out was tailored to meet our organisational constraints and teh provision of videos to support staff training was greatly appreciated.

The implementation into our business was seamless and it was a project filled with enjoyment. As a Group HSE Manager, the software covers all bases for lone working and protects those operatives who are public facing.

Previously our accident system was made up of various paper and electronic Word based forms and spreadsheets for tracking the accident data.  The switch to Vatix has enabled us to complie the data all in one place.  It is simple and easy to add and manage accident reports as the system is very user friendly.  Its great for adding attachments to your report such as photos and risk assessments.  The dashboard view allows you to see all your accident data at a glance.  If we have any queies we always receive prompt replies and great customer service help.

I don't have amy issues with Vatix as the customer service team have added any extra adjustments we needed to make it work for our company.

Vatix has enabled us to move all of our accident data into one place, previously we used a range a electronic forms on Word and spreadsheets, now its all together in one place.  The dashboard feature allows you to search and filter on the data to create graphs and charts and to track data trends.

Our teams are busy, they lone work in various environments, in the community and in peoples homes, having a system that is so easy to use, yet so effective not only ensures that we are keeping our teams safe, we are also not giving them additional complex systems to manage on top of their day. I have circa 25 users of the lone working system. The previous system was ineffective and used poorly due to its complexity, however with the ease of using Vatix, my team use it without fail. Now that I have got to grips with the back ofice system, that is really simple as well!

There is not much to dislike to be honest, the system works and the communication between us all has been great. I found some of the onboarding a little time consuming, however Vatix did all they could to help with that.

Vatix provides an excellent system for us to ensure our team of lone workers are kept as safe as possible when working remotely across the UK. The staff themselves have really engaged with the system due to its ease of use and convenience. I am able to monitor their usage easily from our Head Office via the Admin access and have benefitted greatly from the technical support of the Vatix support staff and personal contact with our Vatix Account Manager. All queries are dealt with very quickly, and our workers feel safer knowing they have assistance only a button away should they require it.

Vatix - as an organisation are great. Customer service - excellent. I have liaising with James and Vu and both have been always very helpful, patient, going the extra mile and really supportive towards my organisation in time of transition when merging with another. The system is easy to use and easy to manage. Implementation was not an issue at all. We use Vatix devices on dayly bases and our team members have chosen this device over any other.  The integration was easy from the start and even more, Vatix have been over supportive. Cannot express more gratitude.

Great support from initial enquiry to sign up and delivery. We had a difficult set of criteria to navigate and we received fantastic input and problem solving from all concerned enabling us to offer employees a functioning lone worker protection via use of the mobile app.

Vatix is a great instrument of work as since I'm using it it made my work easy, we can accurately record incidents that help us prevent further risk. It is also a very straightforward service, not complicated and pretty much accurate covering all our bases of safety.

Vatix is super easy to use and does exactly what you need. The support team are very responsive and they're helping us develop Vatix into exactly what we need. They have been with us from the start and we are growing and evolving. Vatix is scalable and can be developed to fit your company.

Reporting is the only area that needs more attention - but this is something I know the team are working on.
