What do you like best about Protecht?

I use Protecht for Risk Event Monitoring, RCSAs, and MI, and I appreciate the better data it provides for analysis. I like the surface and find the ease to amend the forms particularly valuable. The initial setup was easy enough and a smooth process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Protecht?

We appreciate your feedback regarding MI and the ability to make code-level changes. Protecht is designed to balance flexibility with governance, security, and data integrity, which means some areas of the product are intentionally less configurable by end users. That said, improving how customers can tailor MI outputs and reporting is an ongoing focus for us, including making insights easier to adapt without requiring technical intervention.

What do you like best about Protecht?

The options and functionality available to a Protecht user enable the user and their business to manage their Enterprise Risk Management Framework with a minimal manual approach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Complex process to dashboard building however there are tutorials that are helpful so support is there if needed as I am not great with IT related processes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The configurability is easy - you don't need to be a programmer to do it.

The modules are very practical and solve real world business problems.

Dashboards costing extra. They should be part of the module. They should work 'out of the box' for modules where there hasn't been customisation. They don't always. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Whilst not a specific dislike, we underestimated the effort and detail required to implement Protecht and the importance of the initial design phase. What do you like best about Protecht?

Protecht has enabled us to automate our risk management system from new starters to leavers, from audits to assessments, from policies to procedures. One of the main benefits we find is that we have the autonomy to create our own registers and reporting enabling us to manage our risk effectively and within our set timeframe, also reducing consultancy costs. Their Protecht Academy can be allocated to team members within our business thus spreading the capabilities within the team. Majority of team members find the system easy to use.
