Where tools like Connecteam and Jobber manage employees, ProTeams manages service delivery — and gives clients proof it happened. Core Capabilities Proof of Service — GPS-verified check-in/check-out with photo documentation required per task, generating a complete client-ready audit trail automatically for every shift. Real-Time Operations Dashboard — Live status view (scheduled, started, late, no-show) across every site, with the ability to reassign a no-show directly from the dashboard and send SMS alerts for late starts. Issue Management — Crews log issues on-site; managers escalate to clients directly from the dashboard, with full audit trail and prioritization. Cleaning-Specific Workflows — Site-specific task lists embedded in every shift, crew lead designation, and multi-language support (English and Spanish). Client-Facing Reporting — Auto-delivered reports and a dedicated client portal on paid plans. AI Agents — Booking Agent and Ops Agent standard on paid plans, with additional early-access agents (Transparency, Champion, Training, Lead Qualifying, Client Success) unlocking by tier.
