We began using it years ago and have kept it in place as an integral tool for ensuring our success in delivering top-notch service to our clients. **What do you dislike about Prosperity LMS?** I am not a fan of the reporting tools in Prosperity. They have tried hard to make it user-friendly, but finding and extracting the correct data is challenging at times. They could improve the reporting features by creating a customizable field menu to build the detailed reports you need without coding experience. **Recommendations to others considering Prosperity LMS:** Prosperity LMS is a capable and robust solution for those looking to track large numbers of employees' training requirements. I would recommend this software to others looking for similar use cases. **What problems is Prosperity LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** We utilize Prosperity to keep thousands of staff members current on their required training.
