**What do you like best about ProspectNow?**

my paid up contract ended.  I liked nothing about the product

**What do you dislike about ProspectNow?**

their product did nothing they promised.

**What problems is ProspectNow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I paid for a year upfront.  they delivered nothing and their tech support would not respond to help me use the product.  total waste of over a thousand dollars.  this was hard as I was a startup

**What do you like best about ProspectNow?**

If ProspectNow worked it would be great. Who doesn't need a tool to search for properties and property owners and then call/email them? Unfortunately it was too clunky and slow for our needs.

**What do you dislike about ProspectNow?**

The sales process was incredibly dishonest and they tried desperately not to deliver the custom requirements we paid a lot of money for. Ultimately they were never implemented and we never saw our money again or got to fully utilize the product.

**What problems is ProspectNow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for other sources of data to complement our commercial property datasets.
