ProSlot BOS is a white-label operating system built around how each client's business already runs, rather than sold as a template. Most clients are youth sports leagues, clubs and training facilities; the same team also builds and runs systems for print and apparel shops and professional-services firms. For leagues and clubs: online registration on your own domain, division and age-group caps, waivers, season schedules, scores, standings, playoff brackets, team pages, and umpire assignment with payout statements. For training facilities and academies: cage and turf booking, class and camp scheduling, lesson packages and credits, memberships, trainer commissions and invoicing. Every system includes what a small business needs behind it: CRM and lead tracking, invoicing and payment automation, customer portals, e-commerce and merch stores, email automation, e-signatures, staff roles and permissions, and custom tooling for workflows that fit nothing off the shelf. Pricing is a flat monthly fee for the whole organization: unlimited teams, coaches, families, staff and customers. ProSlot BOS takes no percentage of registrations, bookings or orders; payments settle directly to the client's own Stripe account. Every client owns its data outright and can export it at any time. ProSlot BOS is built, hosted, maintained and supported by the team that wrote it, based in New York. Clients include East Coast Youth Baseball, Boys of Summer, the Long Island Stan Musial Baseball League, the Blue Chips Collegiate Baseball League, HomeTeam Sports, TC Blackhawks, New York Hitting Club and Bruh I Got U. Across client sites the platform has processed more than $619,000, over $337,000 of it in league and event registrations, with 0% taken by ProSlot.
