**What do you like best about ProShop?**

What we find most helpful about ProShop is its flexibility—it can be accessed from anywhere at any time. We also appreciate the addition of the new AI integration and the ProShop Academy.

**What do you dislike about ProShop?**

On the Customer PO page, the work order numbers are currently positioned all the way to the right. In my company's view, these w/o numbers would be better placed on the far left. While we recognize that ProShop is a large company with many clients, we initially believed we would have more flexibility to customize the system and pay for any changes needed by us or our customers.

**What problems is ProShop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest advantage for use is going paperless. We no longer have to spend hours searching for physical travelers, which has made things much more efficient.

**What do you like best about ProShop?**

Web based system, generally fast and responsive interface. Fairly regular updates. Able to keep detailed records of purchases and work orders. Most items are time stamped and tied to the user. Able to upload pictures and prints of parts.

**What do you dislike about ProShop?**

Building complex assemblies and BoM lists is cumbersome and time consuming. Cost estimates on large assembles are hard to understand. Updates lack substance, some areas get a lot of up updates (work orders) while other areas (inventory tables) haven't been touched in years. Updates have created inconsistent UI across the platform. You need to login to a share drive separately in order to view attached items like pictures or prints. Not able to assign work to individual users. Notification, messaging, are easy to miss. Schedule is basically useless.

**What problems is ProShop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Proshop allows us to create and track work orders, manage the materials assigned to a job. It creates Purchases orders, packing slips, and invoices

The community around the program.
Everyone who uses ProShop is so willing to help you in any way they can, be that a ProShop employee or a customer.

**What do you dislike about ProShop?**

Definitely a growing product, so theres little things here and there in the program that would be nice to tweak/adjust.

**What problems is ProShop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

maintaining a more accurate schedule, with less work than before, allowing our staff to spend more time on the floor, rather than updating spreadsheets etc.
Freeing up managers time from getting updates for other departments, and allowing them to focus on their own departments, since people can just log into proshop and easily find the answers they are looking for.

**What do you like best about ProShop?**

Integration.  Integration is the key word with ProShop.  Literally everything that transpires, and through all departments involved, all information is integrated from day 1.  You start with an estimate, proceed to a quote, turn that quote into a customer PO, generate your estimate into a Part, from there you can create work orders, packing slips, PO's, inspection reports, etc... ALL ITEMS INTEGRATED.

**What do you dislike about ProShop?**

ProShop is not an accounting software.  They'll be the first to admit that....however it would be helpful if they were just a little more accounting minded so that things connected better to our accounting software.  It works....and we manage it just fine, but it could be better.

**What problems is ProShop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ProShop helps connect all our data to all our departments.  What used to take a lot more pieces of paper passing through various hands, or used to be multiple email conversations and having to store those emails, is all now handled via ProShop.  Key areas being the messaging application, or the process dev tab, or the detailed instructions inside every operation of the work order.

Proshop streamlines and helps us manage every aspect of our buisness. Everything is contained into one system where everyone has all the information they need to perform their job duties well.

Some menus can get a bit deep, but ProShop is a complex system with a lot of functionality.

It helps us diseminate information to the entire team. Its our one spot for all manufacturing data.

**What do you like best about ProShop?**

ProShop is a very intuitive software.   If you know what you want to do, there is a way to do it.  The online help is amazing.   I rarely have to reach out to the help desk with such a well thought out online tutorials.   The staff was great during implementation.  They took thier time to answer all my questions and allowed me to have input on the training direction.  We have seats at every machine and work station in our shop.   This has allowed for seemless intergation within our organization.  Every employee we have uses ProShop everyday.   From clocking in to shipping finished goods out the door.

**What do you dislike about ProShop?**

The only area of the software that I think needs work is the tool management section.   It works great if you are a large production style shop.   It could use some minor tweaks to make it user friendly to smaller job shops.

**What problems is ProShop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ProShop allows us to have all of our data in one software package.  It makes it easy for every employee to get and use the data needed for thier jobs without having to learn multiple software packages.   Keeping our files organized and easy to find from part files to P.O.s, quality records to shipping documents.

**What do you like best about ProShop?**

ProShop allows us to see every aspect of our manufacturing, any and all cost associated with manufacturing, where we have gains and losses and how we can continue to improve to make the best, most efficeint product for our customers. ProShop easily is the most thorough ERP software I have found on the market that allows for basically a one-stop shop ERP system. They have simplified so many of our daily processes and procedures that allows to focus on what we do best, which is manufacture product.

**What do you dislike about ProShop?**

There is so much to love and like about ProShop. It becomes tough to think of a dislike. Because the dislikes are far outweighed by the benefits gained with adding ProShop to our business model. But I would say the onboarding can be tough as it requires all team-members to buy in and accept a significant change. It isn't the easiest system to get to know and navigate initially and so there will be significant training hours required to get everyone knowing their roles within the software.

**What problems is ProShop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So many, but understanding true costs of product and being able to give our customers accurate quotes is huge advantage for us within the industry. Also the ease of going their complex audits within ProShop saves us a vast amount of time , money and resources.

Everything from quality manual to job data can be accessed from proshop in an easy to read format.

You have to make your shop fit Proshop, It is extremely complicated or impossible to make Proshop fit your shop. Likewise, processes that are unique or atypical become difficult to work through.

Keeping up with scrap and efficiency. monitoring emplyee time. job scheduling and flow. Job and inspection traceability. organizing notes for jobs. Equipment and calibration logging. Record keeping.

Proshop represents a comprehensive end-to-end manufacturing ecosystem. It seamlessly manages every aspect, from initial estimates to first article inspections and Certificates of Conformance (C of C's), all the while providing our team with a wealth of information. This empowers our team to execute their tasks with precision, efficiency, and punctuality.

There are no down sides to ProShop. It works as advertised.

**What do you like best about ProShop?**

The designers of ProShop owned a machine shop themselves, so the flow of work within ProShop closely matches what you would expect to find in a machine shop. It provides a wealth of features you need and many others you didn't realize you needed. Examples include detailed job costing, inventory management, planning, tool management, up-to-date production dashboards, scheduling, and more. One of our favorite features is the ability to automatically pull all material certifications, test reports, and first articles when getting a product ready to ship at the click of a button. It is a huge time saver!

**What do you dislike about ProShop?**

Shooting yourself in the foot can be easy if you don't know what you're doing. ProShop was designed to be flexible. As such, there aren't as many guardrails as you might find in a different solution.

**What problems is ProShop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before ProShop, the costs associated with past jobs were mere estimates. Now that we have ProShop, we can get exact dollar amounts for the costs associated with past jobs. This helps out immensely with quoting. There are many other benefits we have had. Perhaps it suffices to say that now, because of ProShop, we have a wealth of accurate, up-to-date information at our fingertips. No more traveling to the shop to get the status on a work order!

**What do you like best about ProShop?**

All the data in one place. The entire workflow, from estimating to invoicing, is a fluid process. Tracking all inputs and user edits along the way. The easiest way to process an order is the correct way - no temptation to take shortcuts.

Cloud computing is underrated in small businesses.  ProShop makes good use of the cloud to provide data at your fingertips anywhere in the world. 
The live time tracking on the shop floor and linked "paper trail" for QMS conformance are extremely valuable features. 
Whenever I wonder if ProShop can do this or that - the answer is YES!

**What do you dislike about ProShop?**

The downside for a small business is that the many user roles will need to be combined, so employees are multiple responsibilities. 
eg. Sales, Estimating, Quoting, and Purchasing may be the same person - To master all of the ProShop features for all of these roles is unrealistic or at least will take a long time.
A major benefit of such a comprehensive ERP is that it will prevent mistakes and omissions if used correctly. 
Multi-role employees are likelier to make mistakes, but small businesses cannot always employ more office staff to manage the data and checking processes.

**What problems is ProShop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding the actual cost of each work order identifies why we were winning too many jobs! In our case, we were not recovering enough of the fringe costs associated with producing a batch of parts.
So, we are now improving our estimating base data and templates.
Our profitability is now sustainable.
The other problem was integrating a meaningful QMS into our business that is functional and not just for show. Our ISO9001 system is well maintained in ProShop, and audits are easy!

Spooling up ProShop was a fairly pain-free exercise with a great deal of customer support from the implementation team. It integrates well with the shop floor staff and ties all the aspects of manufacturing (BOM, ERP, QMS, AS9100 etc) together simply.

Lack of real integration with accounting software and reporting (SQL, PowerBI).

**What do you like best about ProShop?**

I highly recommend ProShop for any machining business that needs to streamline its estimating and quoting process. The software has saved me a significant amount of time by automating many tedious tasks associated with creating Estimates and Quotes and sending them to customers. The interface is user-friendly and easy to navigate, and the built-in templates make it simple to create professional-looking quotes. The software also allows me to easily track the status of my quotes and see which ones have been accepted or declined. 

I have been extremely impressed with ProShop's ability to manage our Quality Management System. The software has a variety of built-in tools and features that have greatly streamlined our processes and helped us to maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D.

One of the things that I appreciate most about ProShop is its ability to document and track all of our quality-related activities, such as training, inspection equipment status, material certs, audits and inspection reports. This has made it much easier for us to demonstrate compliance to regulatory bodies and customers. The software also allows us to easily create and track corrective and preventive actions, which has helped us to quickly resolve any issues that arise.

The software also allows us to easily generate reports and track metrics related to our quality management system, which has helped us to identify areas for improvement and measure our progress over time. The software is user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it simple for all our team members to access and use.

Overall, ProShop has been an invaluable tool for our business and has helped us to effectively manage our Quality Management System. I would highly recommend it to any machine shop looking for a comprehensive and user-friendly solution for managing their work flow and quality processes.

**What do you dislike about ProShop?**

I have been using ProShop software for some time now, but I have been disappointed by its lack of customization options for labels. The software has a set of pre-defined labels that cannot be altered to meet the specific needs of my customers. This has caused some issues for me as I have had to manually create labels for my customers that do not match the pre-defined options in the software.

Additionally, the software is not very flexible when it comes to creating custom labels for individual customers, which has made it difficult for me to provide a consistent and polished service to my customers. I feel like when we put all the info into the system we should be able to get all that info out to make it match the product we send to our customers.

Overall, while ProShop software has many useful features, its lack of customization options for labels is a major drawback that has caused problems for my business.

ProShop kills it a managing all processes involved, from Sales, Purchasing, Order Processing, Final Delivery of product,  and then easily allowing you to Document and keep records to satisfy the requirements of a Quality Management System.

**What do you like best about ProShop?**

The elegance.  The completeness.  The support.  The professionalism.  The fact that it works as intended.  The ease of use is my favorite feature because I have deep experience with STOP ALL PRODUCTION ERP systems and implementing and using ProShop was so easy in comparison.

**What do you dislike about ProShop?**

The CRM side of the quoting is not 100% built out.  But then again, it's not a CRM, it's an ERP with a kinda/sorta CRM built in.  I'd like to see a way to remind me to follow up on quotes.

**What problems is ProShop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ProShop gives my little company the same resources as companies 20X my size have.  The software manages my business in the professional way I want, increasing the performance of my business.

**What do you like best about ProShop?**

One of the key features is that the software is cloud-based which will enable the user to be anywhere in the world and have access to the system.   Another great feature is the software has multiple different hyperlinks that quickly take you to the proper location you are looking for; Whether it's tooling, hand gages, or even blueprints, the accessibility points are endless throughout the software.  The system is very user-friendly, and you always have easy access to their help guide on every page.

**What do you dislike about ProShop?**

Being able to only upload one file at a time in the "holding tank" can be cumbersome at times, so in the future, the addition of uploading multiple files to one location at once would be helpful.  Even though there are default templates for inspection documents built into ProShop, it would be nice to have the ability to edit the forms and create your own if need be.

**What problems is ProShop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time and money savings have been extremely beneficial with not having multiple software types to do different tasks related to business practices or production-related tasks.  ProShop has it all wrapped up in one package from Purchasing 
 to Quality related practices

ProShop is a highly efficient and reliable ERP system designed for machine shops. It makes it easy for everyone to access the information they need on the shop floor, promotes a paperless environment, and has an impressive support team who are always quick to respond to any questions or issues. It also has the added benefit of being cloud-based and web-based, making it accessible from anywhere.

**What do you dislike about ProShop?**

ProShop's user interface is in need of an update, but it remains functional and easy to navigate. The query system is not as advanced or user-friendly as others I've used, but it gets the job done. ProShop lacks certain tools for inventory management that I'd like to see from an ERP system.

ProShop helps us capture tribal knowledge, makes information readily available to those who need it, and manages many areas of the manufacturing process that other ERPs leave out.

**What do you like best about ProShop?**

The software is powerful and intuitive.  There is plenty of flexibility to accommodate changes in workflow or unanticipated events.  All of the search functions are efficient.  We have absolutely no paper in the shop and never lose anything.  Everyone in the shop has access to up-to-date files from every workstation.  The software capably bookends all of our work, from estimates and quoting, order entry, job execution and outside processing, inspection, and invoicing.  I have never written a review for anything online, but ProShop is so good, and their team so supportive that they deserve a few minutes of my time for the recognition.

**What do you dislike about ProShop?**

With all things sophisticated and capable, some experience and learning is required.  My advice is to start with the modules that will have the biggest impact and keep adding capabilities over time.  The behaviors all very consistent so once you get familiar the learning really accelerates.

**What problems is ProShop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a modern ERP system that is scalable and not too hard to bring on with a small team and not a lot IT support.  We showcase it to new customers--they are always impressed with our meticulous record keeping and organization.  In five years we have not encountered a scenario that couldn't be easily accommodated.

I love the web-based interface that is so user-friendly and customizable. The way it tracks and handles all aspects of the process from quote to packing list is the best I have ever seen.

**What do you dislike about ProShop?**

My only insignificant issue is my fault in that I am Red/Green color blind and some of the colors they use blend in together and are hard for me to tell them apart.

**Recommendations to others considering ProShop:**

Don't waste any more time researching and get on the ProShop band wagon and have a great experience.

It helps to better organize our whole organization and keep everything associated with a part within a fingers reach.

When we conduct our external audits with either a customer or the governing body of our certifications, they are so impressed with the Pro Shop ERP system and its ability to easily hyperlink and connect every part of data and traceability.

**What do you dislike about ProShop?**

Not that I dislike, it is just not understanding the queries yet

**What problems is ProShop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They stay up with the latest regulations and technology and always keep the software upgraded.  They have excellent training that you can do on their monthly topic webinars, that are always recorded for later use.  This way, I can do it on my time to keep up.

There are no downsides to using Proshop. You are missing out if you don't. We evaluated it for a year and think about what we could have done if we had made the decision sooner!

Keeping track of employee training. Keeping track of setups for machines. We have become more efficient in the shop which has increased out throughput!

Proshop has helped streamline all of our work flow and quality control processes. Before, we had to maintain our quality documents and workflow processes in 5 different areas. With proshop they are in one central location.

Training for proshop is a heavy burdern and high cost but it pays for itself once you are established. The whole company will need to buy into the software in for it to work as intended.

The biggest problem it has helped solve is accountability at different aspects of the manufacturing process. Our business has many operations before a final assembly and the system helps us manage that.

Pro shop is an excellent tool that really came in handy when I started using it to store all my sales-related master data sheets, also helped me in easy accessibility of the same.

The biggest downfall is that most of the features that are offered by Pro shop are pretty much offered by basic inbuilt CRM's only with specific and targeted use of pro shop can be beneficial.

Pro shop for me has been basically helpful in the field of accounting where all the tasks related to billing and invoicing are taken care of after the integration with the company software

It's cloud-based so I can access it everywhere that I can log into the internet.  It's also powerful enough to contain other modules beyond inventory management.

It doesn't include revision control with dual revisions at the same time allowing Document Change Orders to only take effect after the inventory from the previous revision is used up.

**What do you like best about ProShop?**

Its user interface is quite simple to learn to use, which guarantees that I can use this application without so many problems, the fact that it allows me to monitor in a simpler and more practical way the manufacturing and production processes of my products is something of great help to keep our business well organized, the fact that it allows integrations with other programs is perfect for me to expand and extend its functions in a much easier way, for example, thanks to this I can work through it application with the administrative and accounting information of the company from the same interface, without having to open other programs for this purpose, if we talk about their customer service team I must say that the service is excellent, they respond to any problem that may arise from a fairly fast and efficient way for all of us, allowing us to avoid a greater number of problems in a much easier way.

To be honest, ProShop seems like a fairly complete solution to a wide variety of problems in my company and the simplicity and practicality with which it has solved all the problems has been quite impressive, so it has not been giving me any reason to complain about the use of this app.

**What do you like best about ProShop?**

Proshop is one of the best ERP tools that companies can have today, since the service is web-based and allows you to maintain complete control of all manufacturing operations that are performed.  It should be noted that Proshop has a reporting and analysis system that provides very useful information, can handle purchase orders, quotes, security management, shipping controls among others. Compared to other ERP systems Proshop is a very easy to handle when people become familiar with your system, its interface has a fairly fast and stable to work with high performance.

**What do you dislike about ProShop?**

A limitation for many people to be able to acquire this service is its price, since to be honest it is not at all attractive because of how high it is compared to many other ERP software. The software needs more customization capabilities, its interface has a slight learning curve for beginners so I think it would be good if the software provided more documentation to provide a better experience when integrating new people to operate this system.

**Recommendations to others considering ProShop:**

If I had to recommend an ERP software I would certainly recommend Proshop among many, as it is a totally modern system, stable in terms of operation and fairly easy to operate, the tool provides a complete picture of the entire company allowing a good management. The service reviews widely the quality standards and is a totally reliable platform.

The arrival of Proshop I must continue that was very timely for our company, since this program has allowed us to increase productivity by 40%, we have managed to increase management globally throughout our company, allowing us to obtain totally favorable results, the service allows us to quickly identify deficits and quickly implement solutions to maintain a high level of business productivity. Really Proshop is a very valuable tool for both our team and our company which is something we are quite satisfied with.

After using the program for a little over two weeks, I was able to find easier ways to work with the team to log the hours and minutes of specific projects along with specific notes.

**What do you dislike about ProShop?**

During very busy days, it gets tedious to log in and out of different work orders throughout the workday. For example, a typical workday consists of multiple projects. However, sometimes due to time sensitivity we need to go from one project to another and back to the original. This style of work made logging in and out of the projects very time to consume and tedious. It became especially frustrating when anyone forgot to log in and out because we did not always keep track of the time. I believe that throughout the time the program can develop a way to make this easier to manage. 

**Recommendations to others considering ProShop:**

ProShop helps keep tabs with accurate time tracking and organization. You can create different modules (corresponding to different projects or customers) as well as the specific work orders (specific tasks or jobs that lead to completion of end product of project). Over time, this may be of useful information in regards to the duration of products of similar projects.

**What problems is ProShop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using ProShop, it was more difficult to actually keep track of what all of the employees were doing. Now that all of the employees are able to use ProShop, time tracking has become more efficient. Overall, the time tracking has helped to give better estimates on duration of production of specific projects.
