I really like the interface that allows you to drag and drop from an issue list, to any resource individual available in a very user friendly platform. I also like how you can manage programs. It quickly establishes staff schedules (breaks/lunches/etc) to minimize disruption during peak times throughout the day. The agents also have quick access to view/trade shifts with the portal. What problems is ProScheduler WFM solving and how is that benefiting you? We have solved quick staffing schedule needs. Also forecasted staff necessary during peak days and holidays on historic data.
