My Review of Pro Scheduler **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Teodulo C. | Workforce Planner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2023 **What do you like best about ProScheduler WFM?** I really like the interface that allows you to drag and drop from an issue list, to any resource individual available in a very user friendly platform. I also like how you can manage programs. **What do you dislike about ProScheduler WFM?** The resource creation process is not as straight forward as expected. When creating a resource within the platform, the way the input fields are setup are not very user friendly. **What problems is ProScheduler WFM solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps managing the time used by each resource to complete a given project. It also helps a lot to organize schedules and make necessary arrangements to compensate for misses. ### 2. Dated Bare Bones Work Force Management Tool - No Bells and Whistles **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2021 **What do you like best about ProScheduler WFM?** It quickly establishes staff schedules (breaks/lunches/etc) to minimize disruption during peak times throughout the day. The agents also have quick access to view/trade shifts with the portal. **What do you dislike about ProScheduler WFM?** It does its core competency well, but is far behind competitors on bells and whistles and integrations. **Recommendations to others considering ProScheduler WFM:** If you need robust analytics and easy integrations, this may not be the product for you. However, if quick staff schedules and staff forecasting are the essentials, this product will meet your needs. **What problems is ProScheduler WFM solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have solved quick staffing schedule needs. Also forecasted staff necessary during peak days and holidays on historic data. We currently integrate this with our phone carrier for automation on this part. The benefits have been great regarding quick staff/schedule management. ### 3.
