What do you like best about Conga POM (Price Optimization & Management)?

PROS Price Management is a great tool for maintaining complex price calculations that need to be periodically refreshed. Some of our calculations are several hundred lines of code - much more complex than what can be done in Excel. Code language itself, while unique to PROS ecosystem, is fairly easy to learn and resembles Excel formulas. Use of these formulas allows us to maintain consistency in price among similar products, stair-step price across brands/quality tiers, and control price conflicts across selling channels. What do you dislike about Conga POM (Price Optimization & Management)?

Roll out of some enhancements to the platform has been slow. Platform also caters to many different industries, like agriculture, oil/gas, distribution, software sales, etc. This means that some features work well for one industry, but are suboptimal for another.
