What do you like best about Conga POM (Price Optimization & Management)?

Removes the need for calculating in spreadsheets, forces standardization which creates efficiencies. It creates workflows that are sustainable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Conga POM (Price Optimization & Management)?

I will start with I have worked for software development companies so I understand the challege of training/documenation for customizable solutions. However, my only feedback for PROS is the training is extremely light. I would like to see high level documentation that simply states our solution is configurable so your training might be different depending on your business requirement needs. It would be nice to have a list of all the pricing methods available, which lookups are required for each pricing method. Best practices that might include a pricing analyst should set a cadence for recalculating their pricing methods since PROS does not use alerts to notify when a calculated value in a lookup has changed, recommending a new price. It took the LS team members a lot of time to understand that PROS is not an alert tool. This would have made the SDD document easier to review and approve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
