The ability to submit mass pricing changes on one screen. This is a big upgrade from how we used to make pricing adjustments. We can manage our pricing segments at multiple levels with pros. Having the ability to set different thresholds is a great feature that stops our pricing from getting too low.

The system is easy to troubleshoot when something is not working.

I like the ability to create your own custom price list. Not everyone likes to look at something the same way. This allows people to create unique views that works best for them.

The user experience is for the most part pretty user friendly. It's not until you get to some of the more back end features that things can get confusing. It's not hard to train new users to work the system.

I have recently started working with the team a Pros. They have been really easy to work with. They take the time to understand how we work with the system. They are trying to enhance our new experience that is coming by the end of of the year. There is no glossary or descriptions of what everything means in pros. There are many forecast tables that have names and we are not really sure what information is being displayed. I am apart of the Super user team for Avis Budget. We have been trying to build out new screens for out teams but have been running into issues because there are no definitions certain pages and screens.

Some pages don't flow smoothly and will get locked up. Sometimes you have to re-fresh the page and you might lose what you were working on.

I wish there was revert button or a "Ctrl-Z". It has happened where someone though they were filtered to one specific zone and deleted everything they had in place, but they were actually on a much larger scope and delete more than they wanted to.
