I appreciate how integrating PROS with Salesforce CRM has streamlined contracting, making our lives very easy. I am very happy with the solution and the speed. The corporate profiles are already in, so it's very simple for sales managers to deal with. Once a quote is published, you can modify it and extract all of that back to Salesforce. The success team has been on point, helping us on our journey with weekly virtual meetings and bi-annual in-person check-ins. PROS Price Management is a great tool for maintaining complex price calculations that need to be periodically refreshed. Some of our calculations are several hundred lines of code - much more complex than what can be done in Excel. Code language itself, while unique to PROS ecosystem, is fairly easy to learn and resembles Excel formulas. Use of these formulas allows us to maintain consistency in price among similar products, stair-step price across brands/quality tiers, and control price conflicts across selling channels. Platform also caters to many different industries, like agriculture, oil/gas, distribution, software sales, etc. This means that some features work well for one industry, but are suboptimal for another.
