PROS Pricing forced my business to understand and align a global pricing waterfall. The system enabled a globally consistent workflow process that lowered our compliance risks. The people on our account are nice to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Conga POM (Price Optimization & Management)? I was shocked to come in newly to the company and find that their use of PROS was essentially as a workflow. As well, price entry is complex to the point that Sellers don't even enter on their own in most regions. In my two years experience we have seen little benefit from the On Premise upgrades we implemented, seems obvious the company focus is on Cloud solutions. We pay over $100K in support every year but feel it takes months and lots of effort on our part to have issues resolved. Because of the complex nature of the system we have people with extra roles to push pricing through at times - this then fails from a revenue recognition compliance perspective. We have globally consistent pricing structures which allows for apple to apple comparisons of active prices for like products.
