ProProspector is CRM software for field sales teams. It gives outside sales reps a straightforward way to manage leads, track conversations, organize follow-ups, and discover potential customers, without the complexity of traditional CRM software. Reps can log calls, meetings, emails and visits in seconds and keep a full history for every prospect. They can organize opportunities by pipeline stage, schedule appointments and follow-up reminders linked to each lead, and view leads and businesses on an interactive map to plan field visits. AI Lead Discovery finds nearby businesses that match the rep's ideal customer, a card scanner turns business cards into leads, and activity, pipeline and referral reports show what's moving deals forward. Premium plans include HubSpot and Salesforce sync and an AI assistant. ProProspector works on desktop, tablet and phone and encrypts sensitive prospect data at rest (AES-256-GCM). Plans are month-to-month: Core $10, Advanced $22 and Premium $30 per user per month, with a free 14-day trial for new signups.
