The functionality is glitchy at best; it requires re-doing your work on the Welcome page every time you view, requesting help from customer service to get full functionality that you paid for; and don't expect to get your full responses that you paid for either. The customer service is severely lacking. I've needed to put in several tickets since I started the license about a month and a half ago. I always get an email saying the ticket has been resolved and closed without anyone actually resolving the issue for me. I spend way too much time contacting ProProfs customer service to try to get resolutions to glitches, billing, and broken technology. I dislike having to spend so many hours requesting help the most, but also losing money when the survey closes before getting less than 500 responses (which I paid for).
