Plans start at $29/month with a 15-day trial and no credit card required, and there is a 0% platform fee on the rent you collect. What teams run on Proprietio: AI-assisted lease drafting with built-in e-signature (ESIGN / UETA) and TransUnion SmartMove screening; rent by Stripe, Zelle, Venmo, wire or check with automated reminders and late fees; a full general ledger with owner statements, 1099s, Plaid bank reconciliation, QuickBooks Sync and per-LLC payouts; work orders with vendor W-9 collection, AI maintenance triage and AI bill scanning; and a magic-link owner portal with investor-grade monthly reporting. Beyond residential rentals, purpose-built modules cover HOA, condo and co-op boards, commercial real estate (NNN auto-billing, CAM reconciliation, NOI and WALT reports), self-storage, student housing and associations — plus white-label options, custom domains, SSO (Google / SAML) and an open REST API with scoped keys, signed webhooks and audit logs.
