Propozl is AI-powered estimating software built for solo contractors and small crews in residential construction. We're talking remodelers, handymen, painters, plumbers, electricians, roofers, and general contractors who are tired of spending their evenings putting together estimates on the kitchen table. Here's how it works: snap a photo of the job site, upload a PDF plan, or just talk through the scope on your phone. Propozl's AI reads the job, figures out the materials and quantities, and builds a clean, professional, itemized estimate in minutes. Material prices pull straight from Home Depot and Lowe's, matched to your ZIP code, so every line item reflects what you'd actually pay at your local store. Propozl was built for contractors who need to move fast and look professional doing it. No long onboarding, no enterprise contracts. You describe the job, you get the estimate, you send it, you get paid.
