Propo is AI-powered proposal software that generates complete, formatted proposals from project briefs. The platform transforms input from briefs, call notes, or prompts into proposals with scope, timeline, pricing, and narrative content. Templates maintain consistent fonts, colors, and voice across all documents. Pricing tables organize service packages and add-ons into structured formats. Teams can collaborate within the platform to refine proposals before delivery. Engagement tracking monitors when proposals are opened, viewed, or revisited. Export formats include branded links, PDFs, and embeds. Premium plans remove watermarks from exported documents. The software includes localized features such as INR pricing and GST fields. Proposals are stored with encryption and access controls.
