Propmo tracks rent each month, gives tenants their own portal for maintenance requests and messages, and connects landlords with local tradespeople and paralegals. It plans rent increases against the Ontario guideline and the 90-day N1 window, and drafts N4 and L1 Landlord and Tenant Board forms from your records for you to review.
