ProPM Agent is an enterprise AI project execution workspace for PMOs, program leaders, project managers and delivery teams. Available through Azure Marketplace, it helps organizations move beyond disconnected status reporting, siloed documents and manual coordination by bringing project context, governed knowledge, role-aware collaboration and execution workflows into one controlled environment. Unlike generic AI chat tools, ProPM Agent uses the active project context, recent activity, user role, supporting documents and evidence freshness to generate structured, reviewable outputs that teams can trust and act on. It supports day-to-day execution, formal reporting, document and artifact governance, audit-ready traceability, proactive issue detection and portfolio oversight without imposing a rigid PMO methodology. Key features: - Context-aware AI assistance grounded in project activity, user role and approved knowledge. - Evidence-backed outputs with findings, decisions, assumptions, missing information, freshness visibility, confidence cues and traceable references. - Knowledge and PM Docs workflows to upload, search, review, edit, export and reuse project content. - Governed artifacts that turn AI responses into drafts, diffs, reviewed versions and publishable outputs with lineage. - Proactive signals and digest workflows for stale information, contradictions, follow-up gaps and emerging execution risks. - Portfolio comparison across selected projects with configurable signals, evidence-backed drill-down and outlier detection. - Governed connectors and approval-gated actions that enrich context from external systems while preserving policy, control and auditability. - Audit-friendly AI and activity history for traceable project runs, events, decisions and downstream actions. - Multilingual user experience supporting English, French, German, Arabic, Spanish and Hindi. Business benefits: - Reduce time spent collecting and reconciling updates from documents, meetings, emails and project systems. - Improve decision quality with structured, evidence-backed outputs instead of opaque AI summaries. - Strengthen governance with traceability, approvals, freshness visibility and role-based control. - Accelerate stakeholder communication through reusable, reviewable and publishable project artifacts. - Give PMOs stronger cross-project visibility while preserving project-level access boundaries. - Improve adoption across global teams with a multilingual interface.
