Prophix has been an easy-to-use platform for us starting from integration to our current needs. I am not sure there is really anything that I have found that I dislike other than we need to move to FP&A Plus. What problems is Prophix Software solving and how is that benefiting you? We implemented the Account Reconciliation module, and it has been a game changer for us from a time saving standpoint. No more excel files kept on SharePoint. Our auditors were really impressed as well. We are starting to finally delve into more reporting as well and that will be a great benefit as well. I find Prophix Software incredibly easy to use. We really like the drill-down feature since it allows us to get to the root cause for why expense codes are higher or lower than expected compared to the budget. The ability to flex budget and look at actual results versus the budget at any given moment is quite valuable. The dashboard is also beneficial as it showcases our key critical KPIs on each user's screen based on their needs. Additionally, the initial setup and implementation were very easy, thanks to the knowledgeable and helpful implementation team, who were great at explaining things to users of all levels in a flexible and understanding way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Prophix Software? One thing that has frustrated some of the users is on the Prophix training. The training is designed for basic users, and most of our users have some experience with Microsoft Power BI. They understand some of the characteristics of cubes and layers, so those sections of the training don't really hold their attention. However, you still have to go through it to complete your certification. A way to bypass some segments based on expertise or maybe a test could be beneficial for other users. Prophix Software helps us prepare financial statements using ERP data and transition budgeting from Excel to a more secure platform. It facilitates long-range forecasting, is easy to use, and offers a drill-down feature for detailed analysis. The dashboard showcases KPIs for user-specific needs. I like Prophix Software for its overall product functionality and excellent support team. The software has good security and workflows built in, which allow us to grant access to multiple users while ensuring they only access what they need. This is complemented by the workflow features that automate deliverables, reducing the need for manually sending out emails. Its ability to speed up our monthly close, make forecasting less error-prone, and cut down our WIP process from a week to just a day or two is really valuable. My only complaint is how long it takes to load Prophix using our GL software. I find Prophix Software really helpful for keeping all the required information in one place, and the consolidation process has a really small turnover time. I like its very flexible option to apply different allocation rules. Since it's a cloud software, it allows users to log in from any place, which I appreciate. The reporting structure and template flexibility stand out for me as well. The Dashboard, Process Manager, and Templates Studio are the top features that I use the most. I also value the easy understanding, integration, and quick results; for example, consolidations that used to take 24-48 hours in previous software now take just about 2 hours with Prophix. The software is very flexible, allowing us to add most of our finance team's work into it. It serves as a central location for all of our finance data, presented in a friendly, easy-to-see format, giving us an accurate view of our financial standing.
