What do you like best about Prophet CRM?

Prophet helps us reduce the time and energy necessary to feed the sales funnel tracking "beast." It keeps everyone happy with its reporting and forecasting functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prophet CRM?

Like any other tool, you need to use to be effective. Like the old saying goes, "If it's not in Prophet, it didn't happen!"

Wish we were able to make address changes, etc, from the global screen instead of having to burrow into the root. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Creating appropriate reports and setting up the dashboard is difficult. We are unable to search the attached documents for content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prophet CRM?

Does not support many marketing functions. Does not support HTML Email Templates. Doesn't remind me of Activities nor Suggest Marketing practices Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Prophet CRM?

I can link emails to my bids and keep track of all the correspondence in one location. It tracks the bids in a way that manages the massive amount of information in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prophet CRM?

The only thing I would like to see is the ability to log the time the bid is due as well as the date. Many projects have a specific time that they are due that day, and I need a way to track that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cloud base tech, is easy to operate, and the fact that the program lives inside outlook.

Overall the operations of the program is simple. It is nice to see everything in one spread sheet Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The search feature can take a while and is picking at times. Which is annoying. Not sure how you can improve on this problem. overall not a bad problem just annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
