PropertyPromoKit is contractor project and estimating software for remodeling businesses and other construction trades. Contractors can describe a job, add photos or an optional voice walkthrough, answer scope questions, and review an editable AI-assisted estimate before preparing a customer quote. The workspace organizes projects, customers, job photos, quotes, invoices, schedules, checklists, change requests, price books, time records, job margins, and accounting exports. Web and Android access use the same PropertyPromoKit account for online records. One saved project is free, with optional multi-project access at $29.99 USD per month. Estimates, quantities, materials, labor, and pricing require contractor review before sharing.
