PropertyPixel is an AI virtual staging and real estate photo enhancement solution that helps real estate agents, photographers, and brokerages turn ordinary property photos into listing-ready marketing media. Users upload a property photo — including smartphone shots — and the platform applies AI-powered enhancements, staging, video generation, or 3D tour creation, with most photo results delivered in about 60 seconds. PropertyPixel is designed for listing preparation workflows: correcting common photo problems before a property goes to market, staging vacant rooms so buyers can visualize the space, and producing video and 3D content for listing portals and social media without separate tools or editing services. Main capabilities include: - 13 AI photo enhancements — lighting and exposure correction, clutter removal, furniture removal, blue sky replacement, day-to-dusk conversion, straighten and reframe, image upscaling, watermark removal, night-to-day, lawn repair, rain-to-shine, pool water correction, and natural twilight. - AI virtual staging — fills empty or vacant rooms with photorealistic furniture in 14 design styles, including Modern, Traditional, Japandi, Coastal, Hamptons, and Luxury. - Video generation — creates cinematic video clips from a single photo and multi-room property tour reels from 2–9 photos, formatted for listing portals and social media. - 3D virtual tours — generates interactive, browser-based tours from property photos or a short video walkthrough using AI photogrammetry; buyers navigate the tour without downloading an app. - Batch processing — multiple photos can be enhanced simultaneously, allowing a full listing set to be processed in minutes. Pricing is credit-based. New accounts receive 300 free credits with no credit card required. One-time credit packs start at $15 and remain valid for 12 months; monthly subscriptions start at $39 and include monthly credit allowances at a lower per-photo cost. A standard photo enhancement costs 100 credits, which works out to roughly $0.50–$1.00 per photo depending on plan. Photos are processed in the cloud, stored with encryption, and remain the property of the user. Uploaded images are not used for AI training or shared with third parties.
