I do not like the "Money In Batches" function because, if I post "past" tenants, it does not allow me to proceed.

Past status does not pick up the system.

I especially like how easy it is to access information with this program. It is accessible from anywhere which is key for property managers. The online application process is great and I love how easy it is to convert to a lease. The automatic rent increase is great and I love how easy it is to create N4 notices. I wish the program was more customizable. Not all property managers are the same, more customization in the interface as well as reporting would be nice. There are also Certain things such as the quick time-out, missing filter options and some missing features like rent receipts that could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
