What do you like best about Property Vista?

The layouts are great and easy to use without any training. Everything is there for you to receive and complete my maintenance work without having to involve others. I have been using PV since we received it around ten months ago. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Property Vista?

Since I am the first one using PV for maintenance, it still needs to be customized for this company's needs. I hope to use other features like messaging and requesting Purchase Orders and, for now, waiting for us to use it as the central Maintenance Platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Property Vista?

The most helpful about Pvista is that, I could run N4, post rent payments, set up auto-pay for tenants, run the EFT Report.

I could modify the entries of the amount to be charged in the auto-pay, and I can re-check entries of posted payments and a lot more that

pertain to rental management activities such as accounting, organizing of records, and all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Property Vista?
