What do you like best about Property Vista?

I enjoy the digital automatic signing of documents once tenants are finished the application process. The less paperwork on my side and more documents I can keep on the computer the better! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Property Vista?

I dislike when PV neglects to automatically upload to Yardi any documents it receives. The two systems would preferrably be integrated together so that PV uploads all documents and add memo's as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Remember to add documents and memo's yourself to Yardi until PV is capable of doing it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Property Vista solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeps all tenant information organized and one click away. Digitizing documents saves on paper, time and space. The ability to track mainenance requests is another amazing benefit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
