They did a great sales job to convince me to use the product Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Property Meld?

You have to sign a year contract that you must pay to get out of regardless of the uselessness of the product and their inability to perform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Property Meld:

Dont purchase. It took a lot of time to convert data over to Meld and then even more to convert to get away from them but you still have to pay the rest of the yearly contract to get released. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Didnt solve any problems but created many Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Maintenance Life-saver"

This software makes it much easier to coordinate maintenance with tenants, owners, and vendors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you are going to switch to Property Meld, be sure to communicate this to vendors in detail. We had some problems with vendors being willing to transition to the new software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Property Meld solving and how is that benefiting you?

Maintenance flows more smoothly now that we've started using it. It is a reliable program if you have reliable vendors who are willing to use it, too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The training is thorough and the software itself is great for what it is for Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Property Meld?

We presented our needs and were misled on what the software was actually used for. For what it is for, it is great, but it didn’t suit our needs and we were still held to the contract we had signed when we felt we had no alternative. Very disappointed in that.
