What do you like best about Property Matrix?

Property Matrix is a very thorough software. Easy to learn and customer service is the best. If there is not a report that you need, customer service will set one up for you. If you need customized field for data, they will also set those up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Property Matrix?

Only con I have found is that if you run a report on the screen and leave the report section, you will have to totally rerun the report rather than just refresh . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Property Matrix:

The staff will make the switch painless. Just send them the requested reports or files and they do all the work. Just be sure to check the results as sometime conversions can have a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Property Matrix?

This is literally a one-stop shop for property management. The best part is that it is extremely user-friendly. Communicating with tenants and owners all through the site is awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Property Matrix?

The price. Unless you're utilizing this at a high level (many units) the price would be staggering. If you're managing multiple units (at least 20 I would say) you could justify this price. $240 a month is really high if you're only casually managing properties. "Impressive marketing for faster rentals"

What do you like best about Property Matrix?

Property Matrix property management software includes excellent marketing capabilities. I can now prepare and post vacancy listings, print flyers, receive and follow-up on leads all from one convenient dashboard. I no longer need multiple programs to advertise my properties, and best of all, the cloud-based software allows me to manage everything from any location and any device. What do you dislike about Property Matrix?

I really am quite pleased with the overall programming available. The only thing I would improve upon is the background customization. It's a little difficult to read when you select a darker background image. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The benefits are numerous when marketing vacant apartments and other properties. I've always found it challenging to know what and where to post listings for maximum visibility and response.
