Easy implementation, user friendly, powerful features

Expensive, cloud based means its down if the internet is down, and again... EXPENSIVE.

**Recommendations to others considering Property Manager Cloud:**

Make sure you have good internet because it can consume decent amounts of bandwidth.

**What problems is Property Manager Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to manage our properties much more efficiently than the traditional pen and paper method.  It has increased productivity and streamlined business operations.
