(1)5.0/5

Propero is property management software built for Australian landlords, whether you've got a single room, a share house or a portfolio. Rent tracking that actually tells you something. See what's paid, what's late and what's coming, with arrears flagged the moment they happen. Rent goes straight from your tenant to your account. Propero never holds it, never takes a cut, and your tenants don't need an account of their own. Come tax time, the work is already done. Expenses are logged against each property through the year and rolled into a tax-ready EOFY summary you can hand straight to your accountant. The AI does the heavy lifting. Walk through the property with your camera and Propero writes the condition report. Ask Propero Chat anything about your tenancy and it answers based on your state's legislation, drafts messages to your tenants and keeps you ahead of key dates. When a lease is ending, advertise straight from the app. Propero preps the listing copy and photos.
