**What do you like best about Properly?**

I love how this account was so simple to set up and find someone who could help you within 48 hours. I like the interface of the app too!

**What do you dislike about Properly?**

I do not like that you can't send out last minute requests (within 24 hours). I also didn't like that there wasn't a way to pay the vendor through the properly system. I had to pay my cleaning lady by cash or PayPal. I would love to have one system where everything is in one area. 

**Recommendations to others considering Properly:**

Being able to pay through the app

**What problems is Properly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use properly to hire cleaning ladies for my Airbnb rental. I love that there were so many options so I wasn't dependent on one person.
