Propelos is the AI-native website and property search platform for real estate agencies. We help agencies build better websites, convert more property searches into enquiries, and stay visible wherever buyers are searching - from Google to ChatGPT, Gemini and other AI assistants. AI PROPERTY SEARCH Let buyers search for property in their own words - for example, “a family-friendly 3-bed villa near international schools under €5m” - and instantly match them with the right listings. Buyers can submit their details without leaving the conversation. The AI works in 95+ languages and can be live on your existing website in 48 hours. Every enquiry is delivered directly to your inbox, CRM and agents' WhatsApp, so your team can follow up immediately. COMPLETE WEBSITE PLATFORM Propelos can design, build and operate your agency's entire website, with AI property search built in from day one. Features include: • AI-powered property search • Dynamic maps and area landing pages • Mortgage calculators • Saved favourites • Automatic translation • GDPR-compliant lead capture • Property feed and listing management Live Propelos websites achieve 90+ PageSpeed scores, with the platform handling tens of thousands of listings synced hourly. A fully custom website can launch in approximately one month from kickoff. Our recent website for Costa Sunsets has won an International Property Award for Property Consultancy Website Spain 2026-2027 and three CSSDA awards for UX, UI and innovation. AI VISIBILITY (GEO) Property buyers are increasingly asking ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Google AI Mode which real estate agency they should contact. These answers typically surface only a small number of agencies. Propelos measures how visible your agency is across AI search every week, including: • Your share of voice • Which competitors appear • Which sources AI assistants cite • Your AI-readiness score across 21 checks We then identify and implement improvements, with everything reviewed and approved by you before going live. ONE VIEW OF YOUR MARKETING & LEADS Across the platform, Propelos gives you insights into what buyers are searching for, which properties generate the most interest, and where your enquiries come from. Propelos is certified as an empresa emergente by ENISA, Spain's Ministry of Industry and Tourism. Visit our website to learn more or get in touch with the Propelos team.
