**What do you like best about Propello?**

It's a great platform. I was shocked at the speed to launch for a product with a reward network that large, I assumed there would be a really long onboarding process but it was so quick to get value.

We were also able to integrate with our tech stack with ease. It just feels like the platform was built for us exactly.

**What do you dislike about Propello?**

I wouldn't say I 'dislike' anything, there are certainly new features I would like to see in the future and the team are very responsive to listening to ideas to add to the roadmap.

**What problems is Propello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Client retention - it's a great tool for ensuring customers stay onboard with us. It's something nobody else is offering.
