## Propel Reviews
  ### 1. Value for money!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jake J. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Propel?**

As a startup, we were hunting for something that wouldn’t break the bank but could actually help us do PR, Propel checked all the boxes. It was super easy to get started (implementation was a breeze), and the interface is really intuitive. I literally give it a prompt, and it finds me hundreds of relevant journalists. I send pitches directly, track everything, and even got some solid replies. We use it weekly, the customer support is quick and human, and it has way more features than we expected for the price.

**What do you dislike about Propel?**

I wish the monitoring dashboard had a bit more customization. What’s there is solid, but a few extra filters or export options would make it even better.

**What problems is Propel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a small brand, we didn’t have media contacts or time to build them from scratch. Propel gives us journalist lists, personalized pitch tools, tracking, and even insights—all in one place. It’s taken something that felt out of reach and made it totally doable, even with a lean team.

  ### 2. Would recommend for AI features, strong media database and fast customer support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karthik A. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Propel?**

Propel's one of the few PR tools that actually feels built for how PR works today. I found the AI features super helpful. The personalized intros part specially saved me a lot of time. Also, their plugins are top notch. I use both Gmail and Outlook so I worked with both their plugins, super easy to install and work with. Tracks all your opens and responses etc.

Their media database has also seriously improved. Oh, and their customer success is great. Very responsive and helpful, unlike others.

**What do you dislike about Propel?**

Not many enterprise features there and their UI can feel clumsy sometimes.

**What problems is Propel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gives me the top 200 journalists within seconds. Their CRM with their plugins is amazing. I'm able to send my pitches easily and it tracks all my opens and responses. The AI features are also time saving, specially the personalized intros and press release writer.

  ### 3. Propel is a PLM powerhouse

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rodrigo V. | Business Partner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Propel?**

We customized the program to include manufacturer part numbers, supplier part numbers, traceability requirements, and information such as which product a product was used in and which version a product was used in on the front-end item summary page. item This improves searchability for users, making it easy to sort and filter according to their needs. Creating items in Propel is so easy that anyone can do it. The steps are simple and easy to understand. Propel handles change management very well. I can create temporary and permanent changes, which means I can create experiments with temporary changes and track them, as well as make permanent change orders.

**What do you dislike about Propel?**

If I could change anything about the program it would be to be able to create routes on the fly. I do this now, but in a circular fashion, not synchronized with the way we use the program a lot, but we have too many "custom" routes we need, so I decided to run a derivation for 6 months. Let's see if I can come up with a more standard set of routes.

**What problems is Propel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I found the program easy to use, feature rich, and very robust. Some things we don't use, but the features we do use are really great! Also, the technical support provided by Propel is absolutely top notch. I appreciate knowing that I have great support at my fingertips should I need it. It scales to merge with CAD tools and automatically updates revisions made to part files. Similar functionality can be used to update material costs and weights in PLM tools. We use Propel in our operations for internal document change management (ECO), as well as for all of our hardware engineering products, storage drawings, specifications, component information such as RoHS declarations and data sheets, and any other information for storage products. We also create ECRs to evaluate suppliers, and when product issues arise or experiments need to be performed, we track them in Propel using deviations to create intermediate changes. In addition, Propel is the "source of truth" for SKUs across the enterprise. All SKUs start in Propel and end in SAP.

  ### 4. Nowhere near as robust as other tools

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Relations and Communications | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2023

**What do you like best about Propel?**

Propel has a great tool that you can add on to Outlook to send pitches directly from your Outlook client and track to see if the messages have been opened.

**What do you dislike about Propel?**

Lacked a lot of contacts in the media. Wasn't easy to search or build lists.

**What problems is Propel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was using Propel to keep track of and pitch to media for clients. While I no longer needed to keep an Excel spreadsheet, the process at times was just as painful.

  ### 5. Great tool for PR practitioners

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tamara B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Propel?**

Been using the platform for about a year and I love that it has almost all the bells and whistles needed for me to create extensive media lists, pitch and track. More than anything, I really like how I can easily search journalists who are covering a very niche topic and have them on my radar for approaches.

**What do you dislike about Propel?**

The only thing I dislike is I still think the scrollbar on the righthand side of the platform is too narrow.

**What problems is Propel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It keeps all my media lists in one convenient place.

  ### 6. Propel is a best CRM software

**Reviewed by:** Ravina M. | D, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

Propel is an excellent service for CRM (Customer relationship management). Propel also has PRM (Public Relations Management), which is also very useful. It has friendly dashboards and UIs.

**What do you dislike about Propel?**

There is nothing specific to dislike about Propel, but some areas need some improvements, like email statistics, reports etc. The cost is a bit high in compare to other small CRMs.

**What problems is Propel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Propel for managing our social media campaigns, email campaigns and customer data for our e-commerce platform. Propel is the best CRM and PRM software. We have increased our ROI using Propel.

  ### 7. Have had a great experience with Propel so far

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danielle M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Propel?**

Propel is generally user friendly which is very helpful. The story funnel feature allows you to easily track where pitches are. Being able to send picture out in platform is also very helpful in keeping organized.

**What do you dislike about Propel?**

I think the media monitoring area could be a bit more user friendly overall. It was a bit difficult at first to filter out unhelpful results.

**What problems is Propel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly it is helping us keep all of our media pitches and requests more organized and in one place so we can track analytics and performance more efficiently.

  ### 8. Propel is an excellent PRM software

**What do you dislike about Propel?**

There is nothing to dislike about Propel. It's an excellent service. If they can provide some advanced features in the free version, that would be great for all Propel users.

**What problems is Propel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Propel for managing my media list and contacts. It provides excellent plugins like Gmail and Outlook integration which do my job efficiently. I can sync my emails from Outlook and Gmail into Propel.

  ### 9. Best software for product value management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rajat G. | Sr. Engineer - Asset Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you dislike about Propel?**

Propel has many features which helps brands to gain more customers by providing various services, but the propel need to improve its database to get more accurate results for the brands.

**What problems is Propel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Propel is the best software for product value management that helps to gain brands more satisfied customers. Propel is helping brands to create more business with effective speed.

  ### 10. False promises

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Propel?**

It promised a great tool but the reality of it is opposite of that they claim

**What do you dislike about Propel?**

Persistent issues with the gmail integration, pitch contacts never accurate or updated, barely any contacts for major publications available, HORRIBLE customer service

**What problems is Propel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving no problems and did not benefit us.

  ### 11. By far the best communications platform I've used

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Timothy W. | Principal & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2022

**What do you like best about Propel?**

The fact that Propel integrates directly with our Exchange server, allowing us to actually send "real", personal email pitches to journalists, makes a huge difference in the personal touch we try to foster with journalists. The ability to keep detailed notes on journalists and our pitching activities, to really make Propel into our own purpose-driven platform for our organization is amazing. The customer service is above and beyond as well.

**What do you dislike about Propel?**

Honestly, there is nothing that I "dislike" about Propel. However, for media monitoring and reporting I still find myself subscribing to CoverageBook and Critical Mention. It would be great if in the future Propel could functionally replace those platforms as well.

**What problems is Propel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are finally able to build our own tailored media relations database for our organization, and communicate with our press contacts in the most natural way possible - right through our standard Exchange / Outlook email. Our ability to quickly respond to news and get pitches out in a short amount of time really are thanks to Propel.

  ### 12. Useful tool for PR agencies

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grace W. | Vice President, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Propel?**

Prior to using Propel, we had a custom build of Salesforce Lightning for managing our pitching. Propel is much better, as its built specifically for PR teams. We use the CRM as well as the reporting dashboard for clients. It's been useful to organize contacts, log coverage, and we can export the data to view all up trends across the agency. The team is also fairly responsive to requests.

**What do you dislike about Propel?**

It can be somewhat buggy from time to time or take a while to load. Also, as they're a growing company, sometimes things change with little to no heads up. Still, they do their best to correct anything that has gone wrong. UI could be better.

**What problems is Propel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're solving for pitching, which we can do through Gmail with Propel and view who has looked at our pitches, responded, etc. As well as logging and tagging coverage. We do not use their database (we have MuckRack) or any other monitoring tools they may have (we use Cision Next Gen).

  ### 13. A pleasant experience overall

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Relations and Communications | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Propel?**

I like that propel is pretty easy to navigate. You can pretty much find your way around without doing the tutorials but they are there if you need them. There are a good amount of journalists on there from a good variety of industries.

**What do you dislike about Propel?**

I think that some of the processes are made to be useful but aren't quite there yet. For example, the double pitching criteria is helpful if you're the only one sending to those contacts but as an agency, we have a lot of people sending emails and so excluding double-pitched contacts from a list removes people that you may not have actually finished pitching.

The only other thing that can be difficult is searching for journalists/outlets using the categories option or the topic search. I find that some categories, such as parenting, aren't on the list but other more obscure ones are and I'm not entirely sure why. I know there are journalists on Propel who have parenting as a topic of interest so I'm not sure why it isn't available as a filter. I also find that the topic search often shows journalists/outlets who are completely outside of the industry that I am looking for which isn't really helpful.

**What problems is Propel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem Propel solves is finding journalists with contact details to whom we can pitch. It is fairly quick and simple to use and means that we don't have to trawl the internet for contacts or contact them all individually, we can simply mail merge a pitch.
The open/response rate is very useful to track progress and results with different stories and is a good measurement tool.

  ### 14. My experience/review of Propel

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike T. | Account Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Propel?**

My experience/review of Propel comes from working with our Propel representative, (Kameron Pugh) she does a fantastic job and not only responds quickly but any request we ask her she immediately attends to.

**What do you dislike about Propel?**

Sometimes when we are trying to pull media coverage for our clients it seems to miss too many articles/clips/etc. Also when clipping video coverage, the duration of the coverage is a bit too long, it would be amazing to get that shorten down to 30 seconds per clip.

**Recommendations to others considering Propel:**

Continue what you are doing, you are doing a fantastic job just small changes would make this great program AMAZING!

**What problems is Propel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When it comes to tracking media coverage, Propel has added blogs which has helped since most of the coverage we get with our clients are mainly using blog like websites.

  ### 15. All-in-one PR solution

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Relations and Communications | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Propel?**

I l ike that everything is in one place with Propel. I can take notes, reach out to media and see getting all my reporting in one place. It's a nice CRM to have in my arsenal. The convenience is unmatched.

**What do you dislike about Propel?**

I like that I can get reports but they are not comprehensive. Sometimes, they system doesn't pick up coverage and I have to use another software as a backup. I hope they're working to make the reporting more in-depth.

**What problems is Propel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A CRM that can handle my PR workload.

  ### 16. Quality independent PR software

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kimberly J. | Vice President, Public Relations and Communications, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Propel?**

Propel's ability to report media relations activity and results across our large agency is extremely valuable. The client-facing dashboard also allows for transparency our clients like. I also like they Propel is independent (and not owned by Cision like the rest of the PR software world) and able to quickly enact customer feedback.

**What do you dislike about Propel?**

Because Propel is a startup, there are some growing pains that have impacted us as a customer. Changes to the software have unexpectedly removed features that we used regularly which was frustrating, but the CS team quickly acted on remedying.

**What problems is Propel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Propel gives us cross-agency reporting we didn't have before, as well as client transparency. We've been able to pull insights that benefit our teams and clients.

  ### 17. Get Propel: You'll Regret Not Using It

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maggie P. | Associate Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2022

**What do you like best about Propel?**

There's a lot to love about Propel and my top highlights include:

1) It brings everything into 1 platform (Google Sheets, MuckRack, Streak, etc)

2) You can link directly to your client's Google Analytics so you can see the business outcomes -- so for instance this article drove XX clicks and XX demos or sales

3) You can see who at the firm has the best relationship with the reporter

4) You can see team stats -- who gets the best conversion, who's pitched, how many people they've pitched, etc

5) You can set follow up reminders so you never forget to follow up

6) You'll never double pitch because the system knows that a particular person on the team has already pitched that reporter on the news

**What do you dislike about Propel?**

I'm excited that they will be rolling out YouTube and Twitter influencers later this year.

**What problems is Propel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- A single dashboard to manage all media relations which is particularly helpful for an agency of our size (50+)

  ### 18. A breath of fresh air for the world of PR

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Benjamin N. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2022

**What do you like best about Propel?**

- Extremely intuitive
- User friendly
- Very fast support response time
- High quality instructional videos
- Ability to pitch from the platform

**What do you dislike about Propel?**

- The database, while quite large, doesn't include all outlets and journalists
- Seldomly a journalist won't be found by name but can be found via other means

**Recommendations to others considering Propel:**

- Work with the Support folks. No system is 100% perfect, however, Propel Support will work to correct / tweak information faster than any other PR platform I've worked with.

**What problems is Propel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Aggregating our media lists in one spot
- Saving time through integrated pitching efforts
- Keeping up to date with reporter movements

  ### 19. BEST CRM Solutions For Startups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nadege O. | Business Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Propel?**

Propel's streamlining process is very efficient in terms of productivity and project management. its integration with Salesforce is very easy, useful and help boost productivity.

**What do you dislike about Propel?**

It's too expensive and training is needed to get everyone on board. There are some technical difficulties such as the inability to query from different objects.

**What problems is Propel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

instead of using Excel file, Propel helps save time through its multi-functionality. It's a very secure cloud-based alternative to other popular CRMs tools such as Salesforce or Hubspot.

  ### 20. Easy to use, intuitive PR database

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Merrita L. | Senior Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Propel?**

I love that Propel has the PRo in mind — we want to see data and analytics on our pitches. What subject lines are working, what pitch resulted in a response from a reporter, and ultimately converted to an article. Propel has all of those tracking tools built within which has proven to be so helpful!

**What do you dislike about Propel?**

One thing I want to see improved is the Chrome extension — sometimes it makes my computer a bit slower.

**What problems is Propel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Like I mentioned above, the pitch tracking tool is super useful in learning what pitches stick with what reporters. It's also helpful to know we can track our clients' Google Analytics if they give us view access to it. All things that help prove our case for why PR is so important and what drives results.

  ### 21. Propel your creative business with Propel

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brad E. | Business Solutions Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Propel?**

The they short learning curve - always a kicker for me because I hate reading directions.

**What do you dislike about Propel?**

No downside really - enjoyed using it. If anything it may have been ability to get throught go support but it was't really out of normal range.

**What problems is Propel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Capturing my client data in a way that suits my marketing needs. Worked well for me on the project I was working on at the time.

  ### 22. Great Product Life Management Tool!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Devika G. | Product Sales Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2022

**What do you like best about Propel?**

Accessing the PLM in a single platform makes things more clear and appropriate.

**What do you dislike about Propel?**

There are minor UI corrections that can be done to make it more user friendly like reducing the clicks. The back click is taking you to a different page rather than the previous page. This can be improved.

**What problems is Propel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The product management and the maintenance in one space makes things easier to track.

  ### 23. I find the system much more user friendly when sending out bulk emails than cision

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2022

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2022

Size of journalist database

**What problems is Propel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Makes building lists easier which means I have more time to do things like come up with campaigns

  ### 25. I LOVE Propel

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Relations and Communications | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Propel?**

I like the ease with which I can find the outlets I'm looking for and the journalists that write for them. I love how precision targetting is so streamlined.

**What do you dislike about Propel?**

It would be great if 1) music was broken into categories (ie. rock, pop, hip hop) as music is too broad. I'd also like to see a music business category. I'd like to see a broadening of the food waste/zero waste/sustainability categories and I'd like to see podcasts more fully integrated in to the listings.

**What problems is Propel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time is the biggest enemy when launching a campaign and Propel enables me to streamline the 'search' process which used to take hours, and sometimes days.

  ### 26. Easy to understand and learn.

The best part of Propel is we can manage and analyze the data. It also helps to monitor the data and do be integrations with emails. The reports and dashboards are very dynamic.

**What do you dislike about Propel?**

There is not much I would like to say as dislike but the refresh rate should be better as lots of people from the team uses it.

**What problems is Propel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Propel helps to get the contact and complete informations of journalists and it is very user-friendly so anyone from the team can easily work on it then giving a training.

There are plenty of media contact databases available. But Propel seems to have both breadth and accuracy of e-mails for journalists. Combine this with the email plug-in to help determine open and response rates for PR pitches and you can improve your journalist pitch response rate.

**What do you dislike about Propel?**

Nothing to dislike about current functionality - it's more a question of what additional features would be great to have in the product.

  ### 36. Awesome tool for PR pros

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Relations and Communications | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2021

**What do you like best about Propel?**

Propel is a great way to help streamline pitching. Their free platform is incredibly robust with lots of fantastic capabilities. Their paid offering is a great value as well.

**What do you dislike about Propel?**

More tailoring capabilities. For example, since it already tracks who opened and who didn't open your pitch, and how many times, to be able to send a targeted follow up to those who read the original pitch 2+ times but didn't respond, etc.

**Recommendations to others considering Propel:**

100% recommend

**What problems is Propel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving time pitching

  ### 37. Game-changing tool for PR professionals

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allyson J. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Propel?**

I love that you can see other colleagues' results, who they have worked with, and I love the charts it provides (for internal and external/client use)

**What do you dislike about Propel?**

Sometimes it lags on time. For example, it may show you haven't pitched anyone today, but you have. It sometimes takes up to a day to show information, which can be frustrating when you're working on something time-sensitive and need to see data from your team. They also have some work to do on their follow-up options. It's hard to use their version of this function when you're following up with multiple contacts at once.

**Recommendations to others considering Propel:**

Since it's a newer software, I keep a running document of questions/concerns to share with our customer service rep. This helps us figure out if there are ways to fix our problems, or if there are more things that should be built out in the platform.

**What problems is Propel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's great to be able to see who other people are pitching, what pitches are working (for certain outlets/reporters), and it's a great repository to keep media contact information. It's also much better to share coverage/results with clients than in something like an Excel spreadsheet. Clients love it and are able to easily share it across their team/board of directors.

  ### 38. Propel helped take our media relations to the next level!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dana K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Propel?**

Propel's PRM software is an integral tool for media relations. We're able to track opens and clicks, monitor success rates, and create more meaningful relationships with journalists...in less time. Their media database is quickly rivaling Cision's and their new media monitoring services help us further serve our clients. Their comprehensive suite of services is a must for PR pros looking for an edge.

**What do you dislike about Propel?**

Their services are an investment, but well worth it!

**What problems is Propel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our publicists pitch hundreds of journalists each week, and it can be difficult to avoid double pitching, tracking responses, and staying up to date on journalist preferences. With Propel, we can easily see who has pitched whom, what their pitching preferences are, and success rates at these various media outlets.

**Official Response from Zach Cutler:**

> Thank you for the review, Dana. We are happy to hear that Propel helped you take your media relations to the next level! We are working hard to make a PR tool that truly helps and delights :-)

  ### 39. The Best PLM platform for emerging companies

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Alternative Medicine | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2020

**What do you like best about Propel?**

Item and change configurations can be easily customized based on organizational needs. weather your team is small or large Propel can help you mange your product and document the change process very easily. The best part is that Propel is the BEST PLM resource for end users. Often times when you have new members joining the team, coming from other expertise; its very difficult for them to get acquainted with your teams change control process. With Propel however, this all becomes just too easy.

**What do you dislike about Propel?**

Some areas within automated supplier sharing and visibility can be troublesome. However, Propel is working on new release which should solve this issue. Some admin level pains due to Salesforce complexity, this does not affect the end users but mainly pain for the few admins that have to deal with it. Although reporting is an amazing feature, its not as users friendly as desired. Part of this complexity could be due to salesforce integration also.

**What problems is Propel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the latest benefits of Propel that we have't really explored until now is, Training. Propel's new training portal has become really beneficial and very resourceful place to educate the end users. We are really leveraging Propel's support to build out additional features that are out of box but slightly tailored for our needs. This is probably one of the plus with Propel. They are always ready to provide a tailored solution of our growing enterprise needs.

**Official Response from Zach Cutler:**

> This review is for a different company/product.
