What do you like best about Proofy.io?

I like how easy it is to sort and clean the email data set. Proofy.io has made the process easy and straightforward. I love that you can use and download your email data set in the following file formats (CSV or txt files and not xls, xlsx) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Proofy.io?

There wasn't anything in particular. I would have to use the platform more to come to a definitive conclusion. I would ask that there be more file formats that you could use on Proofy.io, but that's just me being pedantic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Proofy.io?

Very simple and very intuitive interface

Verification of even large email files is quite fast and very accurate

For each file, you get a detailed report classified into 4 categories (Deliverable, Unknown, Risky, Undeliverable)

After cleaning the list, you can directly download the deliverable emails in one click

The quality-price ratio is just exceptional compared to other competing tools Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Proofy.io?

Sincerely, everything works perfectly concerning the verification of the e-mail files and the cleaning of the lists. I haven't used the other features yet to be able to comment, but everything seems to work perfectly for an unbeatable price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Proofy.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

I decided to test Proofy for checking my email lists and after testing a few competing tools, I find that Proofy does much better for half the price. The interface is very intuitive, the analysis is fast even for large lists and each time you get a detailed report and the possibility of downloading the cleaned file in one click. What more can I say, except congratulations to the Proofy team for this excellent tool at an unbeatable price Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Proofy.io?

Proofy provides an API that is simple to use and allows us to screen email deliverability in real-time so we can keep low-value and risky emails off our marketing list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Proofy.io?

There wasn't much I did not like. The API process does require a 2-stage query, but that seems to be because they cache or save the result with an ID that can be queried again later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Proofy.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Running a membership site, email is of critical importance. Proofy's API allows for real-time screening when users sign up so we can validate the deliverability of an email before it goes on the list. This prevents low-value and risky emails from getting on the list, lowers our bounce rate, and helps prevent running afoul of our email service provider's rules.
