Nothing much to dislike. It does its job perfectly. Only thing which can be improved is in the Tech Support end. Tech support team sometimes Don't share the required technical details in the name of properity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most helpful thing is the visibility and advanced malware protection.It gives the complete tracking of emails as compared with other Cisco email security control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With this system in a smaller business it gives the reassurance of knowing your systems are secure. Multiple systems are protected from threats and controlled by one interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It did take a decent amount of time to adjust settings to the correct level of protection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As with any of these systems you need to give it time. It takes adjustments to get the level of security you want without impeding the ability fir users to perform other tasks that are necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Proofpoint Threat Response solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeping our systems secure and valuable/sensitive material on lock. Have had a lot fewer IT tickets for possible virus issues as they are being blocked head on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Proofpoint Threat Response?

to choose just one thing is not very easy. The fact that the database which is used to prevent malware and phishing emails is amazing. The auto pull of emails into the quarantine folder helps us when time is at a crunch. Also if an email is pulled and it was not considered malicious we have the means to un-quarantine the messages. The logs are readily available for any trouble shooting you may need Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Proofpoint Threat Response?

There are times when some emails go through which should never have been processed. Also there are times when malicious url's are not rewritten causing issues with email accounts being compromised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ProofPoint has proven that they are at the top of their field. We all know that not one company will be able to catch it all but ProofPoint has been pretty close. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
