**What do you like best about Proofpoint Supervision?**

Proofpoint TAP:

The analysis report of the Proofpoint Engineers was easy to understand the IOCs, and we can identify the impacted users in our org.

Phishing Simulation

Suspicious mail quarantine

**What do you dislike about Proofpoint Supervision?**

1. As a new user to Email security training videos could have been with a little more explanation about the Terms used, like 'DMARC', 'SPF' and 'DKIM'

2. Weekly or Monthly report Repetitive offenders (user clicks on phishing links repetitively)

**What problems is Proofpoint Supervision solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Attachment Defense
        Many malicious attacks avoided before users open the attachment
2. URL Defense
         By Proofpoint embedded links all the suspicious links are analyzed before reaching original sites 
3. Mail Quarantine
4. Impacted Users
