The storage and customer service are much better than the previous platform we used. It is a secure way to keep everyone connected and organized in our facility. we have all been very happy. **What do you dislike about Proofpoint Sendmail Open Source?** upon start up we did have some difficulty navigating the initiation of the system. Setting individual passwords was a little bit complicated as some of the links emailed to us did not work. Now that all the kinks are worked out it has been running smoothly. **Recommendations to others considering Proofpoint Sendmail Open Source:** Have patience with the setup process.
