Their phishing modules are very applicable to real work threats and the phishing drills are easy to customize and run. The combination of the Phishing Button and the drills gives the user real time feedback and the reporting shows who has reported via the button. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Proofpoint Security Awareness Training (PSAT) is very simple to plan and execute. In fact, the whole year could be planned and scheduled if one so desired. The training videos provide enough context and information and my staff particulary like the "Cyber Guys" videos. We went from no training before I arrived to about 15 minutes per month on a focused topic. The improvement in staff awareness and knowledge is evident and they have adopted what they have learned and use it in their personal lives as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of the major drawbacks about the PSAT is the lack of automation. The phishing tests and training have to be manually configured and users manually added. It does require a bit of extra work and depending on the size of the organization, could be quite complex. Other than the lack of automation, it is a very good product.
