For simple things such as archiving users, when selecting a whole page, only the page advancement is on the bottom to continue to the next. In fact, the whole year could be planned and scheduled if one so desired. The training videos provide enough context and information and my staff particulary like the "Cyber Guys" videos. We went from no training before I arrived to about 15 minutes per month on a focused topic. The improvement in staff awareness and knowledge is evident and they have adopted what they have learned and use it in their personal lives as well. **What do you dislike about Proofpoint ZenGuide?** One of the major drawbacks about the PSAT is the lack of automation. The phishing tests and training have to be manually configured and users manually added. It does require a bit of extra work and depending on the size of the organization, could be quite complex. Other than the lack of automation, it is a very good product. **What problems is Proofpoint ZenGuide solving and how is that benefiting you?** By using the PSAT we eliminate the need to have "death by PowerPoint" sessions once a year. I can provide micro training to staff every month on a specific topic of my choosing. Typically I limit the training to 15 minutes per month plus an assessment and a phishing test. This is a very little amount of time but can be so focused that staff truly understand the importance of that month's topic. ### 41. On one hand, it takes away the manual aspect of the customization, but I was disappointed to lose the hands-on feel and have additional charges.
