Our internal audit team experienced difficulty validating appropriate permissions across the AD groups. A report/dashboard in the Proofpoint tool to view permissions would be helpful. **Recommendations to others considering Proofpoint Enterprise Archive:** When evaluating implementation and support we recommend allowing a sufficient period of time for journaling events to occur before training legal or investigation teams. It allows for a user to find emails that were deleted without requiring IT to find it. The analytics part looks really nice, but you have to pay extra for that. **What do you dislike about Proofpoint Enterprise Archive?** The interface isn't very impressive. The search features are pretty basic, but the advanced search has some good options. **Recommendations to others considering Proofpoint Enterprise Archive:** The archive service will handle the basics for sure. And if you want your end users having access to their own archives, this is a great option.
