Being in the email sector for a long, Proofpoint understands well all the requirements. Hence the solution is what you want to be software with lots of customization and great detection capabilities. Being a DLP solution, the primary purpose is to detect any PII, PCI, Health information or any other data and helps prevent data leakage outside the organisation. You can configure PP DLP to do almost anything to whomever you need. You create rules and exceptions for different groups, senders, recipients, etc. LOTS of customization for any organization type.
